Finally, water temperature had been very consistent for the first time for so long. Girl who answered phone very very accommodating. I was able to get in for hair cut -sort of last minute. Student was very helpful in helping to decide what cut I needed for my fine, graying hair. I enjoyed our chit chat, too.she explained about products that are right for my hair type but Did not pressure me into buying. Thank you for that as makes me feel uncomfortable if I don’t buy. I’m always pleased with Aveda.
