I have been an Aveda Spring St client for about 15 years now. I have always had a great experience. The instructors really know their stuff and so students are supervised by top professionals.

It was much better then my previous experience.

Everyone was professional and accommodating. They answered all questions.

There was one student who kept chatting while I was getting my service. I wasn’t pleased to have that student Interuption the concentration of my student.

Jazz was immediately understood to be a lovely, lovely person. Then. her sensitive touch during the massage. and painless though complete extractions were so very much appreciated. She advised, as well (when asked) about products and techniques for application that retained moisture on the surface of the skin . Interestingly, after, as I made another appointment downstairs she was looking at products on shelves as if to learn more about them. It reminded me of a sales job I'd had at a drug store during a H.S. summer off. I was told I had to know where every cosmetic was, and what it did.
