My haircut turned out very nice. The hair stylist assigned to me was ready to tackle a bob with some texturizing. I think the fact that I had the time helped my stylist so she didn't feel rushed or stressed so she was able to get the cut just right.

Usually I love getting my hair done at the institute, but this last appointment was sadly disappointing. I always come in to have my roots bleached so that I can go home and recolor them myself. This time the gal I was working with worked a little too fast and missed quite a few spots at the back of my head.

The price was also $10 more than what was quoted to me - in fact it's more than I've ever paid for this service. Usually it's $40 for the hair processing and $14-$18 based on the year of the student. This time I paid $68? I didn't get any other services, so I'm very confused as to where that extra $10 came in. Especially considering it's the worst service I've had here.

I'll still come back because all of my other visits have been good, but I'll definitely be avoiding another appointment with that student.

Had not been to Aveda for awhile due to the mediocre service I received there. Went back a couple of weeks ago and found it was worse! Me and 3 others waited 20 minutes past our appointment time. They were also wondering why no one approached us. Went in for a gel manicure. Absolutely awful! Started peeling the next day. Wasted $20. I will NEVER go back!

Nail technician was excellent and pretty quick for a student.Ive been going to an Aveda salon for years; however this young lady was as good or better than my regular rechnician. And it was $25 cheaper. I will definitely come back!
