Not the best. Haircuts were very poorly done (worse than great clips). I also paid $60 for colour. Toner was left on too long so the highlights were not even visible.

Remember the students are learning so be patient and kind, they want to make clients happy.

Facial service addressed all my skin concerns. Students are very kind and thorough. Treatment room is shared with other guests and students with fabric dividers and there is no quiet policy so people will be straight up having loud conversations - not very relaxing. Suggest bringing your own earplugs if that bothers you.

I’ve been going to Gary Manuel Institute for the last 15 years. They’ve always been well run, well organized with students having a great relationship with their instructors; who by the way have always been conscientious, helpful, & friendly. Overall have been more than satisfied with services given.
