Staff were professional, friendly and courteous. The mud therapy provider was respectful of my comfort level (overly cautious for me, but I understand concerns). Manicure was not the greatest - my nails were filed into odd angles and 2 fingers were deeply grated by the nail resurfacer/ridge remover. Overall, my step-mother and I enjoyed the experience very much. She said the deep tissue massage was fabulous, and she liked the way hee French manicure was done.
