Brian and the whole crew from AWS Mechanical were absolutely fantastic to work with! I highly recommend them based upon service, quality, pricing, prompt follow up and they kept their word. AWS installed a new hot water heater for us, and we will definitely be working with them for future plumbing and heating projects.

Had emergency with hot water heater. Response was excellent. Work completed quickly and efficiently. I had the same experience with AWS during the summer with plumbing repairs. Definitely recommend AWS for heating cooling plumbing needs.

No one stays on a task like these guys. I've had them do a lot of work for me and all of it was done completely professionally, but I had them install a steam humidifier that has been problematic. They been getting together with the manufacturer, who at times has been less than helpful, and they have installed it three different ways, so that condensation won't be a problem. These guys never quit until you get full satisfaction. Tom will do whatever it takes to see this through. Steve is so knowledgeable and all the install work he and his crew have done, which was primarily my radiant heating system, was done picture perfect. Brian has worked relentlessly with my wife and me to get a gas line pulled down our street and today National Grid started the work on that. AWS is the best money can buy!

I was interested in switching over to Gas from oil and did not have the money upfront so I called a few companies and no one financed so I gave up till one day I was driving down Jericho Tpk and I saw a beautifully wrapped van so I decided to call them up . They came down gave me a quote got me financing and with in a month the whole project was completed. Their guys were very professional and fast. There was alot of thing they did that they did not have to.I hired them to replace the boiler but in the boiler room I had a washing machine which was not plumbed right by me and while they were there they fixed it for me. I would HIGHLY recommend AWS to anyone who needs professional work done.

Had a very old dishwasher replaced that required new water supply and outflow connections, and the removal/capping of the old drain pipe to ensure the new dishwasher set-up was up to code. The technician, Paul, was efficient and diligent, and most importantly clean, and careful not to damage newly installed flooring. He worked hard over the course of nearly 4 hours to get this job done.

A problem with the dishwasher developed within a few days, and we called for a recheck of the installation. The company was very responsive and being concerned for our safety, the matter was quickly addressed. Clearly they stand by their work and handled the issue in a completely professional manner.

ONCE I UNDERSTOOD THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SERVICE CONTRACT / MAINTENANCE CONTRACT / PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OR CALL RESPONSE CONTRACT THE COMPANY WAS JUST FINE. TOO BAD IT TOOK SO MANY CALLS AND DIFFERENT EXPLAINATIONS UNTIL I GOT TWO THAT MATCHED.

ALSO SLIGHTLY ANNOYING THAT I HAD TO PROVIDE AN ENVELOPE AND STAMP TO RETURN THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION ON A $400 + BILL.
