The staff at MBV are great...Dwight is the first person you see when you enter. He's always professional and helpful. I've visited other Mercedes-Benz service establishments in the Charlotte Metro. Don't let the slick advertising of those other places draw you in...trust me, they're not as good as MBV. The mechanics at MBV are GOOD...MBV is the ONLY place I have my cars serviced. If you drive a Mercedes-Benz, BMW or Volvo, don't go anywhere else but MBV.
