All staff at the front desk were exceptional - accommodating, flexible, and welcoming.
Dr. O'Neil's treatment provided much relief however I felt rushed through the initial appointment and few questions were asked. It was as if my spine was the lone patient in the room, not me the person. A few exercises were recommended and he did helpfully show me how to do them, but later I realized no direction was given for the duration of the stretches.
At my follow-up appointment another doctor, whom was noticeably more relaxed, filled in for Dr. O'Neil and suggested a different method for one of the stretches. This was confusing and kind of annoying that the two docs weren't on the same page, but the new stretch did feel quite a bit more productive.
Perhaps I was patient #20 at the end of a long day and Dr. O'Neil's turkey was cooked, but I did not feel particularly welcomed nor valued as a new patient. Probably will not go back.
