It was my first time ever going to a chiropractor. I was a little bit nervous but excited to feel better. Dr. Tammy French was very nice and explained everything before she did it. The adjustment was much needed and amazing. I will be going back a couple more times within the next week and then she said I should probably be feeling better and won’t need a long term care plan but I plan to go at least once a month to keep my body feeling good.
