First time back to Bad Hair day in 10 years. Called in the morning and spoke with Timothy about my needs. He recommended Allison and I am so thankful. Allison spent 4 and half hours coloring and styling my hair. She listened to what I wanted and I came out with a beautiful hair color and cut Above my expectations. Everyone was nice and patient with me, especially that I kept the shop open past closing. Allison never rushed or anxious to be done with me and my thick long hair. She has lots of patience and a lot of know how. Great stylist and person. Booked next appointment as I left. Will definitely be a customer of Allison and Bad Hair Day in the future. Highly recommend. Beautiful shop.
