Since the staff has changed and Dr. Romero left I have felt like simple tasks have been neglected. This is the only vet I have ever taken my two dogs too and my family has gone to them for years with our pets. However, something as simple as updating a name on a chart, since getting married, has failed to get done on multiple trips and as a result it took them 20 minutes to just find our chart last time. Unfortunately my wife and are will be searching for a new vet. Also, I don't know but I feel as if the services have gone up in price but I cannot be sure.
