The$staff and the doctors try to give you a good idea of what's going on with your pet. I find it refreshing and pleasing that they are honest and do what they can to find the answers.

Tried for two weeks to order cat food. Wasn't until last day cats had any food that I got any confirmation that food would be available. Was promised callbacks that were never received. Initially got my order wrong. Didn't let me know that the product I wanted wasn't available. All around just a really bad experience.

Had an appointment for health certificate for travel. Was told had to return following day to pick up certificate and would be ready. When returned had to wait 45mins for it to be completed as it was completed incorrectly and I was given another dogs vaccination certificate.

Experienced and knowledgable veterinarian. Easy to talk to and ask questions to. Friendly and courteous staff.

Parking could be better. Also wish they could offer samples of a new drug so that it can be given a test run but realize for a small private practice such as this that it would be very cost ineffective.

Since the staff has changed and Dr. Romero left I have felt like simple tasks have been neglected. This is the only vet I have ever taken my two dogs too and my family has gone to them for years with our pets. However, something as simple as updating a name on a chart, since getting married, has failed to get done on multiple trips and as a result it took them 20 minutes to just find our chart last time. Unfortunately my wife and are will be searching for a new vet. Also, I don't know but I feel as if the services have gone up in price but I cannot be sure.

Easy to make same day appointment. Very friendly staff. I prefer to watch procedures being done to Sammie and he was taken out of the room. I'm especially cautious when procedures are done by staff other than the Veterinarian.

Sammie is much better today due to a successful visit Thank you.
