My wife and I purchased a house in Saco, Maine that was built in 1947. When we purchased the house, we knew that it was important to us to bring all the electric to code for our safety and to make our investment worth more to the market. We contacted Josh at Baldridge Electric to review the current wiring and give us a strategy on how we could do portions of the house that would make it less intrusive to our daily living in the house without major disruption. The plan was to divide the house into 4-6 planned projects that would give us the ability to afford this major upgrading. The most recent work done is the completion of the basement and the first floor. Next, is the scheduling of the 2nd floor. I must admit that I thought ripping out the old wiring and rewiring would just destroy the house and we would be dumping tons of money to repair what the crew may tear up. Not so... Josh and crew took care of creating the least amount of damage and cleaned up anything that they may had to tear out. As I inspect the work the house is looking like a newly built house. All the updated wiring and additional switches, plugs and lighting have given the house a more modern look. They are truly professionals. I just want to say, "Thank You Josh", for your experience and your guidance through this long project. You cant find this type of contractor that shows up on time and completes quality work as if it was their own house. Great job Josh and crew!
