This is only my second experience with B&B Tire and both times I have been very pleased. This experience showed the company's honestly. I heard a noise . They again took me home while they diagnosed it and picked me up when it was done.

I purchased a groupon for an alignment for my car. I was told that I needed new tires, that the bands in the tires were not good. I took the car to Discount Tire, because that is where I purchased the tires that are on the car. When Discount Tire took the tires off and checked them with their machine, they informed me that the tires were in excellent shape.
The Tech at Goodyear did a road test. Wouldn't they have a machine similiar to Discount Tires? I will not return to them for service for that reason. Did they perform the service that I requested?
