I really appreciate that he explored different options for repairing my tooth and I ended up with a filling instead of a cap. I know it may not have been possible to just do a filling, but it was really nice to know that he was going to do everything he could to make it a simpler solution and it made me trust his decision. I've been really impressed with the new dentist (I forget his name, sorry!). He has brought some things up that I had been wondering about but it was never mentioned before, so I didn't ask. He seems really knowledgeable, has an attention to detail, and is, above all, really honest - all the qualities you want in a dentist! Thanks!
I have been coming to BHD for several years, and the office is always cheerful and efficiently operated with no waiting time.
I like my usual Dental Hygienist, Ashley; however, when I walked in yesterday, I was put with another Hygienist without notice of this change. If an adjustment to the appointment is necessary, then I should be contacted.
Also, a new doctor appeared, and I had no idea who he was. As a long-term client, I would have thought that you would announce this change when it took place or tell me when I arrived at my appointment so I could be more comfortable before coming in for an appointment. I would greatly appreciate your not making surprise changes unless the employee is no longer with your practice.
