Front office is very rude. Check your insurance claims because they process things that did not happen. They do not read and give you prices off Of “memory”. I saw they no longer take a list of insurances and I wonder why
My husband, my daughter, and myself all had appointments. The first appointment was at 10:00 and we learned that appointment was triple booked. It took three hours for two cleanings and my filling to be done. We've been coming there for quite a few years and I'm wish they would be a little more careful and considerate on timing of appointments.
Your company is very reliable. You come on time , and always make sure everything works perfectly. But Wewould really like having THE SAME PERSON every time the equipment is serviced. Now this time LOUIE, was here, HE IS VERY THUROW AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! WE would be happy if he is our service person,,,,,
The last few months, I have become very familiar with vets/hospitals. So I have some experience being a customer, dealing with difficult situations. The CARE centre was amazing, from the reception to the emergency dr. The staff was incredibly kind, patient and my little guy was different when I picked him up, compared to when I picked him up from another hospital. I could tell he was cared for. I would highly recommend this place, even when I pulled into the parking lot, I could tell that coming here was a good choice. It’s the little things, the stall were numbered along with the hospital sign - these little things are important, it shows organization, which makes me feel good about what’s going on inside. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality care, incredibly kind staff and top notch Doctors/Vet Techs.
