My 20 year old treadmill died on me and I found Barry Services via an online search. With the treadmill being 20 years old I was afraid any part would not be available but crossed my fingers anyway.Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and Barry came out on the day and time arranged. During his inspection he thought the only thing wrong was a frayed power cord. He was kind enough to run out to 3 different stores looking for a power cord (above and beyond my expectations). Upon replacing the power cord it turns out that wasn't really the cause. After running a diagnostic test he determined the mother board was shot and was not repairable due to the age of the machine. Barry was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to fix my machine. Unfortunately, after trying his best this was not possible so we "pulled the plug". Even though my machine was not salvageable, I would still recommend Barry Services for your workout equipment needs. I'm considering purchasing a refurbished treadmill from him. With the new install, the price of the equipment would include set-up of the "new" machine and removal of the old, heavy, broken treadmill. Even if you decide to purchase equipment elsewhere, Barry Services will come out and set it up for a reasonable fee.
Although the outcome was not what I was hoping for, Barry tried to "resuscitate" the treadmill the best he could so I give Barry Services 2 thumbs up for the effort. I highly recommend Barry Services.
