The staff greeted me by name and my appointment was on time, the dentist was great and was able to take care if the issue.

I have made several appointments that get canceled by the office, yet they never communicate that with me. I have received text messages confirming my appointments only to find the office closed when I arrive. They have different employees every time I go. The office is poorly run and I will never go back.

Our daughter had work done last year and it was fantastic. This year tooth pain brought us in for my daughter and the dentist office went through a merge so no familiar faces except front office.

This year-this visit was not handled well in my opinion. Appointment made for a specific dentist was their choice and my daughter was in pain and the appointment was a week away! Then we find out upon arrival the dentist we were told was specific no longer works there! So maybe that is just front office.

But, it does not matter really because the dentist who did do the work was AMAZING! And this treatment plan is so much better than last year!!

Time in the dental office was WAY too long. This was caused by Dr. Tiagi going to multiple other patients while I was in the midst of having fillings completed by her. I was seated about 12:20 (15-20 min late), given anesthetic--which was almost worn off by the end of the procedures which completed at 2:20 pm. Two hours on a work day is not a good day. I was lucky that I didn't have a jam-packed day at the office. I understand that complications with other patients caused some of the delay. I don't have specifics on why those delays occurred. I also understand that if the office had scheduled two appointments for all the fillings that were completed, it would have been more total time taken out of my schedule. Overall it worked out, but it could have been a real problem. I even called to ask if the Doctor was on schedule before I left for the appointment.

The office staff needs to get their stuff together. it has been one headache from the next from the beginning. a procedure that should have taken about a month start to finish took 4 months. The dentist and assistants are great but the office people need to go.

I love taking my pets to Sprinkle Road Veterinary Clinic. Everyone is so friendly and seems to really care about my cat who is elderly. The vet, Dr. Charlie, seems more like a friend than a vet. He is friendly while remaining professional. On my recent visit, he shared with me that he had an elderly cat almost the same age as mine. It made me feel good that he did that. I know he cares. He talked to my cat in a very soothing manner. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.
