I used BP a couple of times in the past and work seem to be sufficient until within the first couple of months into 2021. I knew I was being way overcharged for a part and installation that I saw on YouTube that takes about 10-15 min. How does the owner at the Manassas station come up with multiple hours of labor totaling almost $750 for a job I could do myself literally for less than $100. Come to find out that wasn't the issue at all. Another issue is his demeanor while putting in another starter motor because I got a second opinion from dealership. Another place I've dealt with is VA tire and Auto and they pinpointed the problem down to a simple switch matter with not even half the amount BP charged. Some mechanics go the extra mile to find the problem, obviously BP didn't that's why they suck. I will never go back to that place nor will I recommend you guys. VA tire and Auto may charge a bit more but there work is sufficient.
