Tom was very friendly and professional. He came out to look at the job we wanted done, gave us a quick and fair estimate, then followed up by meeting at our home with the two great installation guys to make sure they new what needed to be done. When he left the two installers went right to work and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. We are now enjoying our new Kitchenaid range thanks to the team work at Bauer Heating and Cooling

We originally called Bauer Heating & Air to fix one problem about 3 years or so ago. They are our go-to company for all thing heating and cooling now. They are a fix the problem kind of company, not a replace the parts type company. Honest and knowledgeable in their work. Great company made up by Great Staff!

We were uneasy about installing a heat pump but we love it! Our furnace and AC are 500% more efficient and very quiet. Service needs are always promptly resolved and the guys are polite and fun to interact with.
