Dr. Is very detailed and gives recommendations on over the counter stuff that will help. Answerers all your questions before you even think of them !Girls are helpful picking out glasses too, brought out a lot of special sized ones to help my husband find the right ones

My wait time was less than five minutes. The staff moved efficiently through getting my eyes prepped for examination. The doctor was great at explaining what has changed and got me in and out in about an hour.

When I called to make the appointment for my 2 daughters and myself I was given a time of 9:40 on Tuesday morning. Perfect. On Friday, I received two text messages confirming my daughter's appointment times of 10 and 10:20. But no confirmation text for my appointment, which I assumed was at 9:40.

On Monday evening I started wondering if I actually had an appointment scheduled for myself, or it was only for my daughters. I realize that I could have called prior to that, but it has been a busy week. On Tuesday morning I called the office at 9:15 (the time I would need to leave to arrive just before a 9:40 appointment) and got voicemail. It listed the hours as M-F from 9am to ? and Tuesday from 10 -?. Hmm... If the office doesn't open until 10, how is my appointment for 9:40? Then I started wondering if when I made the appointment they meant 10:40, but told me 9:40?

I looked online to see if perhaps the voice message was outdated, but it also showed that the office didn't open until 10am on Tuesdays. We pulled into the parking lot at the office at 9:45, but the sign on the door also said 10 was the time they opened.

We went inside and I told the receptionist my story. She didn't apologize or offer a reason why I didn't receive a text confirmation. She simply told me that they were open for my 9:40 appointment and that I'd have to reschedule. She said, "That's why we made the appointment for 9:40."

So, not only did she not apologize, she was rude. She did redeem herself by "going to see what she could do" about me arriving late for my appointment. And thankfully the powers that be took us back & we all three got our exams. We like Dr. Murrell, but I did not like the way the office's mistake and misinformation on the phone/web/door was handled.

I have short thick hair, short, like real short, took over 3 1/2 hours to highlight, root touch and cut. I have never, even with long hair had it take this long, looks the same as when I walked in with roots touched up and a little trim. Not a t all what I had in mind. I call it my 200.00 beauty school haircut. Lesson learned. Don't go back.
