The staff is welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. The techs are prepared as they review everything with you. The follow up throughout the day was great. The staff really does a great job reducing the stress anyone experiences by leaving their pet. Thank you for allowing us to be your customer.

Dr. Smith and the staff at Baywood are fantastic! They take the time to answer your questions, listen to your concerns and explain procedures or test results. Dr. Smith is a very compassionate and knowledgeable verternarian. When my 10 year old daughter brought her new kitten in for her first exam, Dr. Smith let her listen to "Magic's" heartbeat. She even sent us a card in the mail congratulating us on our newest "family member"! Recently, when our 15 year old dog was diagnosed with cancer and liver failure, Dr. Smith did everything in her power to help "Maggie" remain comfortable in her final days and lovingly walked our family through a very difficult time. Baywood Veterinary Hospital has been caring for our pets for over 25 years. They are a trustworthy and compassionate veterinary hospital and I will always recommend them!
