Everyone was so friendly ,helpful and professional they valued all my concerns and provided me with enough information and tools to work on my new puppies potty training and teething.I couldnt be more pleased with the Dr. And staff.Thank you.
Excellent! Staff vare extremely helpful, courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. They provide competent and expert diagnosis assessment of my dogs condition. I truly appreciated the thorough explanation of what they were doing every step of the exam and treatment process.
Staff was very friendly and I thought the place itself was clean, quiet and relaxing even though your at a veterinary office it was not hectic. I also like the veterinarian as she was very thorough and explained everything.
We were upset that Coco came home with a fresh scab from being knicked by the groomer. He was trembling last night and limping quite a bit from the pain. We were immediately told about it and shown the injury. An apology would have been appreciated but we did not get one. When I asked how it happened I was just told probably with the clippers.
We feel the cost was pricey & the lame leg on our dog is now worse than before we took him in. We can't afford to even go back there to get it properly treated so we're left with trying various homeopathic measures :(
I always receive excellent service and personable care. The front office staff always sets the initial stage of what to expect from the back office staff. It is always a relax enviorment. Thanks Dr. Smith
