Dr. Chamberlain was great, but ultimately, her treatment didn't work for my cat in any way, shape or form, and actually made things worse, so I can't give more stars, since my cat's wellness was the point of the visit. I had to come back the next day and see someone else and spend more money.

Thank you for your review and for bringing forward your concerns. As I do not specifically know about this case, I can not address your specific case. However, if any client feels that we have not provided optimal care for their pet, we are always available to discuss the case and define how we can rectify the problem with the patient's best interest at heart. Generally, if a pet comes in for a recheck examination within a few days, we do not charge for that exam. My best advice is to call the hospital and speak with the manager to go over your concerns and update us on how your cat is doing. Please call us at your earliest convenience.
