To be honest, we've had nothing but problems with our hot tub since it was installed. Some of it might be our own user error, but it certainly seems like we've had to do or call for far more maintenance than I would say is normal (probably 50% of the time we've used it there has been something wrong). At this point we're wondering if it's just a bad hot tub that might need to be replaced. Last night, for example, many of the jets just wouldn't turn on, even after messing with every single dial and the control pad.

The staff at BDS was very attentive, courteous, well-informed and helpful. The hot tub was installed on schedule and there were no surprise costs.

I would, however, have preferred to have kept the cover from my old spa, which was brand new.

I was not informed beforehand that the cover was included as part of the removal of the old hot tub.

Bear Dance technician Spencer was most helpful in trying to solve what has been a most perplexing problem with our hot tub. We are continuing to work with him with a new plan. Time will tell if it works.

We have been pleased with your service. You have always been very responsive when we have requested anything. The only concern I have is that I have gotten folliculitis twice after sitting in our hot tub. Others who have been in the hot tub with me have not gotten it but I have twice. Not sure why that has happened.
