My overall experience was good, mostly because my hygienist was very friendly and explained everything clearly to me.
My only issue was that once she had finished all her work on me, I waited probably 20 minutes for the dentist to come in. When he came in, it felt like he didn't really care. I understand that dentists are busy and he likely had a lot of people to see and work to do, but I'm a new customer and he spent about a minute and a half in the room looking in my mouth and then left. It just didn't feel very personal. I'm not saying I need my dentist to be my best friend, but a bit friendlier would be nice.
Everything else was good, though. The waiting room, the office, the staff were all great
