Dear Mr. Gonzalez,
We are sorry that you are unhappy that we would not pull the tooth for your son. Your son is three years old and due to his age would not cooperate with the team. Our best interest is always for our patient, that is why we referred you to a pediatric dentist so that he could be seen by a specialist that handles small children everyday. Again please understand that at any time we feel that a child would be better off having services done by a pediatric dentist we will always error on the side of caution to insure the safety of our tiniest patients.
