Although pleasant, I feel uncomfortable when the first comment I am greeted with is "I haven't seen you in awhile" and the last comment is "I hope you come in more often". Believe me, if I had the funds, and the time, (I spend on average $200+ a visit - facial and product) I would be there every week.
I had epicurean, same facial I have had for years. For some reason this time felt lackluster, missing some little touches that make it special. No booties, no lotion or mini foot massage. Mask was different/rushed. Missed the initial layer which always stings (fan always put on you for a few moments) before next mask layers put on. This didn't take place this time. Also, she left room to let mask dry for maybe 10 minutes (this seemed like it would have been the perfect time to tend to feet)?
It is still a nice splurge, but not as good as in the past. I think every client should be treated like a "star regular" even if they only come in a few times a year.

You should have had your feet massaged and warm booties applied. On this visit I had a facial. The room I was in was very, very hot. I was told that she had complained to the owners on numerous occasions but to no avail. I can't even imagine how hot it is going to be in the summer. Can't believe that the owners don't care about the comfort of clients that go into this room. Sad. However, the facial was awesome.
We apologize if the facial room was warm this past weekend. We have had our air conditioning people out several tomes to check out our air. This past weekend the weather suddenly became pretty warm. We are always attentive to the comfort of our clients and also staff and adjust the air conditioning as the outside temperatures change.
