Great! The woman who assisted the Optometrist was wonderful and sweet and caring and helped me with my crazy toddler that didn’t want to sit still during my appointment. I wasn’t able to get child coverage for my appointment time and I was already feeling embarrassed about my kiddo being all over the place. She was so amazing and sweet and made me feel more at ease. She deserves a raise or an award or recognition or something!! Keep her!!
The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and professional. I gathered they were short staffed and also training however were so friendly and professional despite those two things, showed no signs of stress, and provided such a welcoming and efficient environment. The front desk let me know it may be a few minutes that I would be waiting, which I found to be a nice courtesy. The front was alive with friendly chatter as well, and were very helpful.
The tech that took my info prior to seeing Dr. Shissler was very friendly, also professional and efficient. She was great.
And Dr. Shissler is always friendly, amazing, and so wonderful to be seen when I have concerns about my eyes. She also is warm, conversational, efficient, and most importantly, I trust her with my eyes.
I never feel like a number or a random client at Barnes Eye Care. Which I imagine can be challenging when sometimes there are large gaps between when clients are coming in. It is a warm and efficient environment that I appreciate the staff creating. Whole-heartedly recommend!
From the front desk person to the optical person they all were amazing. The doctor and her assistant made me feel that they care about me and explained everything and answered all my questions they’re really amazing I am so happy that I found this place for my eyes care.
