All was well while it went well. The moment I had an issue; in this case - a question about returning unused and unexpired contacts, I was given conflicting answers and have been waiting for a call back for over a week, after reaching out 3 times about the same issue. I was also not given my prescription, and asked for it to be e-mailed a week later. I still don’t have it. I paid for this, and I don’t have it.

Their service is cordial, but definitely not professional. It is once things hiccup that a customer finds out how the business is ran. I am disappointed and will never recommend this business to anyone.

Be careful about this Eye Care Clinic.. My experience was horrible, they told me that my insurance will cover for my kids glasses and frames twice because I took them there in different days and they said they verified with the my insurance. They start adding all kind of stuff to the glasses and at the end called me and told me that I have to pay and that the insurance didn't cover anything, I ended up paying a few thousand dollars when they told me multiple times that they verified with my insurance and that they will cover for everything. Maybe a scam.

Friendly, professional vision care. You can tell that everyone on the staff knows what they are doing, and wants you to have the best possible eye health.

The customer service since Staisik has retired has lost a lot of its charm and caring personality. Also, be prepared to stick around at least 2 hours. They take forever to get your appt completed. Front desk ppl are the face of the business and should hire folks who are outgoing and know how to interact with customer/patient. If you don’t need specific care/need and just looking to get normal contacts and glasses go elsewhere. Otherwise, if you have specialty and specific care needs that this place can really only provide, then you’re kind of stuck having to use this below avg office and services. They are also extremely bad at communicating with you about appts and what you owe. Like is said, since it’s been taken over by new ownership, it’s pretty much crap service and ppl who really don’t care about you and only about your wallet.

The front desk office assistant was going to bill my insurance under the vision care plan which only covers a small amount of the total

Bill. After I suggested she bill insurance under my medical plan which covers 90% she seemed confused and was unsure if she could actually do this. I will see if it gets billed that way. Other than that the staff were pleasant and professional.
