All was well while it went well. The moment I had an issue; in this case - a question about returning unused and unexpired contacts, I was given conflicting answers and have been waiting for a call back for over a week, after reaching out 3 times about the same issue. I was also not given my prescription, and asked for it to be e-mailed a week later. I still don’t have it. I paid for this, and I don’t have it.
Their service is cordial, but definitely not professional. It is once things hiccup that a customer finds out how the business is ran. I am disappointed and will never recommend this business to anyone.
