I have trusted Beck's with my vehicle for all problems. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always explains what repairs, or parts are necessary for a safe drive out of the repair shop. Nothing is done on vehicle without the owners ok first.

I called on my way going into work with a gas leak and thought I might need an appointment. The desk clerk said to being my car in when it was good for me but wanted to let me know sooner would be better. I decided to leave my car there and have the shuttle service take me to work. This is a wonderful service for those that can't take off work to sit in and wait. They had my car fixed and ready with a new fuel line by my lunch break. Thank you all for helping me with making repairing my car less stressful.

I had just purchased a used vehicle and I needed diagnostic work done on it. With Beck's pinpoint diagnostic, I was able to get a detailed printout on what needed to be done. Although it was not the news I wanted to hear at least I now have the information I need to make decisions on what course of action on repairs. Job well done!
