30 minutes late in getting to an examination room then 15 minutes sitting in the room. Your office has a posting about being 15 minutes late to our appointment. Patient's time is just as valuable as the Doctor's.
I also do not like that dr is interrupted by a nurse telling him that his next patient is waiting. This happens every time that I have an appointment. I don't know if it is a scheduling issue or that we are just herded in and out as fast as you can. Horrible bedside/examination manners so that you do not feel the care and concern because you are hurried in like cattle.
I have also been greeted by Dr. Freeland in the examination room and the next thing he says is that he only has 5 minutes. That is why i do not see him.
Also, getting phone calls returned does not happen. Lab reports not faxed to other physcians. The other physcians has had to call me to contact them to please have them send the lab reports because they have repeatedly tried and received no response. When I am asked who is my PCP they always say they have such a hard time in getting reports from Bee Cave Family Practice.
We apologize that you feel as though you were rushed through your appointment. Each and every patient is very important to us and we don't want you to feel otherwise. Our office has a policy for submitting records to other providers to ensure they are received timely. If there is an issue with another provider obtaining records, please contact our Medical Manager Ashley at (512) 263-9072 or our Business Manager Sara. Should you wish to discuss this manner in detail, please contact our Business Manager Sara. She will be more than happy to speak with you.
