Not a common issue. This customer simply didn't want to pay for the cleaning needed on the tile. We did receive communication about the travertine floors not being up to par. We have been providing our after hours janitorial services for 2-3 years now and suggested several times that this office have their travertine professionally steam cleaned. We even did the leg work for them and gave their owners the pricing for the additional services. They simply chose not to have the professional tile cleaning services are needed. We do not know how to help this customer further than what we have done.
