This shop can fix any problem and it is a lot less than the dealer and they even use original equipment parts. They'll give you a ride to work and pick you up too! I called them about where I should take my car to repair my front bumper (cause I got in accident) and they were able to repair that - $450.00 less expensive than another body shop I got an estimate from. Call them - I've been happy for 3 years now.

I brought in MY JEEP FOR change oil & other problem - When I got back my car there was OIL LEAKING. THERE WAS NO OIL LEAKING BEFORE THE SERVICE. I PAID ALMOST $1,000 - WHEN I BROUGHT BACK MY JEEP FOR A FIX IN THE OIL LEAK( IT STOPPED LEAKING AFTER I BROUGHT IT IN) - I WAS TOLD - THAT IF YOU HAVE TO OPEN UP & LOOK INSIDE THE PROBLEM - THERE MIGHT BE MORE PROBLEM & IT WILL COST ME OVER $500. I BELIEVE IT WAS A LOUSY JOB IN THE FIRST PLAST - IT'S COMMON SENSE THAT IF YOU OPEN UP SOMETHING WITH OIL IT SHOULD BE PUT BACK CORRECTLY. INSTEAD I WAS TOLD THAT IT MIGHT BE MORE PROBLEM IF YOU OPEN UP THE ENGIN - "VERY MISLEADING")I TRUSTED YOUR COMPANY TO DO A GOOD JOB. INSTEAD THERE WAS OIL LEAK I WAS TOLD THERE MIGHT BE MORE PROBLEM!!!! - WITH THAT IN MIND - I DON'T THINK I'M COMFORTABLE RECOMMENDING MY FRIENDS & CO WORKERS TO YOU - PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME ANYMORE

Talk to Vicki, don't schedule check in with anyone else. She seems to be the office goddess. The service seems to have been done well but they promised the car by 12 the next day and I had to call them at 2:30 to get a call back at 3 so they could get approval to buy a part and repair it before 12 the following day. 24 hours late. Once I got to Vicki the communication/reports were more timely and, well, happened.
