The service seems to have been done well but they promised the car by 12 the next day and I had to call them at 2:30 to get a call back at 3 so they could get approval to buy a part and repair it before 12 the following day. 24 hours late. Once I got to Vicki the communication/reports were more timely and, well, happened.
