I really don't like the up-sale that takes place during every visit. Package deals are nice, but after the first response of no, I shouldn't have to say it again.
Pet ownership is costly enough without having to pay for optional treatment plans, shots, etc. I love my pet, and would never put them in a precarious position because of a lack of a vaccine, but also please respect the first decline. I'm sure I'll have to decline once again on the next visit as well.
