Very dissappointed with your exchange policy. Frames exchanges should be allowed store credit for the difference in frames when another frame was needed because of problems with base curve of lens or other legitimate lens problems.
On the positive side, customer service is friendly and the doctor is friendly. On the negative side, I have never experienced such a long eye exam appointment. From the time I entered the store to the time I exited the store, the experience took about 1 hour 40 minutes. Additionally, there were other people being seen by the doctor although I had an appointment. The store did not seem extraordinarily busy at the time, so it is not clear why my appointment took so long.
