I received the signature spa facial. The whole experience was a treat from start to finish. My esthetician Christine was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process in detail as well as recommend a natural holistic approach to skin care including the type of makeup I should use. Enjoyed my experience and will definitely book another appointment.

The facial I received was excellent. However, while the aesthetician informed me that one of my treatments would be an add-on charge of $25, she did not mention others would be an added fee. I had no idea until I paid the bill. No add-on fee amount was mentioned. For example, she merely asked if I would "like something for my eyes" and I honestly thought it was an included option. (I am not a regular spa-goer). I did not receive an itemized bill, but I know that I paid for at least one more add-on that I did not know would be extra. I mentioned it when i paid the bill, but it was awkward and not really addressed by the staff person.The aesthetician was very skilled and knowledgeable otherwise!

My masseuse was mediocre. She was a bit rough at the edges and seemed more intent on doing what she wanted as opposed to what i was looking for. A real disappointment. I think I will go elsewhere next time - especially given the prices.

I was very disappointed with my facial. The young woman was very nice but she spent the whole session trying to sell me add-ons to the cost of my session or products that I should buy to take home.

She never told me what she was doing or why so it felt like she would slap on something wet and then wipe it off and then slap on something else and wipe it off. My skin was very soft when I left but then it is after I give myself a $10.00 mini-facial at home.

I have had other facials at this location and other Bella Sante locations and they have been good but for $140.00 I want more.

Danielle was wonderful, as always, but your front desk personnel were very confused. It took me over 15 minutes to check out as the young woman could not understand my account information, or possibly it was all wrong in the computer. In any case it was an unpleasant end to my experience, and not fair to your skilled service providers such as Danielle.
