Very friendly, but regarding the business, I think they should change a little the rules, for example I went to do a laser hair removal on my lower arm, as most people I only have hair on the top lower part, each was almost nothing also, but I had a little be one upper arm, almost like 3 inches above the elbow, so that wasn't done because was categorized as a different part of the body
