It was OK. We boarded both Parker and Molly. Gave specific instructions for Molly to get her shot, she didn't for the 2nd time in a row, now we have to trek over there (20 min each way) to get it done. This is the 2nd time this has happened in a row.
Also, Parker had his exam on MONDAY and we didn't hear back from anyone about results until WE CALLED on Saturday! Then it wasn't even Dr. Unger who called. It was someone else.
We have been coming here for years, but we will probably begin the search for a new vet closer to our house. I'm willing to go somewhere inconvenient, but only if the service is exceptional. I'm confident that Dr. Unger and Dr. Wolkow are great doctors, but I'm not ok with the poor communication or the dropping the ball repeatedly.
Good Morning. I am truly sorry for the miscommunication with regard to Molly. I spoke to your husband in detail about Parker, and in passing I asked how Molly was doing and he said "she was great, no problems." I mistook that as she didn't need anything and just focused on Parker. It is completely my fault that Molly did not receive her injection, and I sincerely apologize. Please give me a call at your convenience so that I may fix the situation properly.
