Overall in the past 6 months, I've had a wonderful experience; however this last appointment for myself and my daughter had a terrible outcome. I actually took a vacation day from work and set the appointment a month ahead of time because this was the only date we could both get off work and come at the same time. The lady we had the appt with knew the situation and did not show up; there was no emergency situation. Extremely extremely disappointed and felt a complete lack of respect for my time. Therefore went from an A grade to a C- grade.
