Emma made the experience fabulous. The only issue was that I had scheduled the appointment a week prior for 10 Saturday and when I got there, the receptionist (who was the one to schedule the appointment) forgot to put it down. So Emma wasn't even planning on coming in that day. Since I was in the area I didn't want to have to reschedule, the receptionist called Emma to see when she could get there, as she likes at least an hour's notice. I told the receptionist that she doesn't have to be there within the hour because I don't want her to be rushed and frazzled when she gets there because I'm looking forward to a relaxing massage. So we rescheduled for 11:30.
Other than the accidental error of not having me scheduled, it's always a great experience there!
