Loved the paperless office and it was easy to get set up. They were running late and let me know right away and also gave me a Starbucks card to run across the street to wait. No problem with me as I didn't have to be anywhere. Let me know what was happening every step of the way and weren't jumping at the chance to recommend a thousand treatments just to make money. I don't have many teeth problems, so it was a relief to hear there wasn't much that needed to be done. My only complaint, and I don't think there is anything they can do about it but pass on the word to the manufacturer, is that the during X-rays, the mouthpiece hurt quite a bit because I have a small mouth. I have always had problems getting these done since I was a child, but it was quite a struggle and tech did her very best, taking the hardest ones first. It was great to have a couple options in upcoming appointments and Tues-Thurs are the days I am available, so the limited schedule doesn't bother me one bit, especially since they are open a bit later. Haven't had any extensive work done yet, but will keep going until I have any problems.
