I purchased a Groupon for the Bell Towel for a Facial, Massage, and a meal for two. My mom and I have been to the spa before and have had a positive experience so we were excited!

Yesterday, my mom and I went in for our appointments to use the Groupon and I have to say the experience was not as positive. Given our appointments were at 5:15pm the House closed at 5:00pm where they offer food. The Bell Tower let us know this in advance which was great but we couldn't get there before 5pm to pick out our food. We had been before so we knew exactly what we wanted and they told us to call the day off and they would put it aside for us for when we arrived. Sounded great! We called before 11:00am day of to put in our order and the Bell Tower had great customer service to make sure we were OK with everything we ordered that was available that day.

We arrived at 5:00pm for our treatments. They said they had our food but we asked to get it at the end of our treatment. No problem.

- Our treatments we good. Nothing amazing but relaxing. However, in the room in between our massage rooms people were talking the whole hour so it was not a quiet serene experience.

- I started after my mom as my massage technician was delayed. We were then off schedule from each other and no one seemed to realize until awhile after my massage but my facial was an hour after my massage. My mom and I were suppose to be doing this experience together but due to the circumstances this didn't happen. And truthfully having an hour in between services takes away from the relaxation. You can't be in the sauna for that long! I was then more annoyed about wasting time reading magazines waiting to fully enjoy my facial to follow.

-To top it off, when we went to get our food there was miscommunication. No one seemed to know where it was. Luckily it was found but it was completely different than what we ordered. What was the point of calling ahead?

When we talked to the reception about the food issue, they said you might as well just take it and you can come back another time for your meal. No voucher. I am not going to make a special trip there for the food and there is not evidence of the issue so I am not sure how the team will know when I ask.

All in all, I have had a great experience previously at the Bell Tower but overall was disappointed this time. I felt like everyone was just going through the motions rather that making it a true spa experience.

Chelsea was my hair stylist and she did a fantastic job! The salon is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and can't wait to come back!

I had a facial and a massage which were both delightful. At the end I had some oil in my hair and had been told that I could take a shower which I did. There was everything necessary to wash my hair and get the oil out but no hairdryer. I went to the front desk and asked for a hairdryer, "Do you have a hairdryer that I can use?" "No" was the abrupt answer. Really? I was amazed and felt like I went from 10 to 1 in a second. No hair dryers in a hair salon. I guess you need to pay for a blow-out. Very disappointing.

Excellent service on short notice during the last Saturday before Christmas - wow! I came in for pricing and got to book one of the only openings left for the service I wanted, with a few short hours gap. After I went to finish my holiday shopping I came back and had a completely satisfying haircut with a Resident level hair dresser. She also answered all of my questions and helped me develop a game plan for my hair until my next visit, which I scheduled before I left. BTW I'm a first-time customer.
