I understand the frustration you felt when we were faced with a sudden staffing challenge. The three groomers chose to terminate their employment after they banned together and demanded a compensation plan that would have required the business to raise service fees by $30-$50 per service. I felt strongly that if I agreed to their demands that this was an entirely unfair burden to place on our valued clients, With that in mind I felt it best to wish the three gentlemen well and continue to offer exceptional services and outstanding care to our clients with the rest of the team.
