Our goal is to provide pets a safe, clean and stimulating experience for daily dog walking, pet sitting and dog grooming to clients in Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. I understand the frustration you felt when we were faced with a sudden staffing challenge. The three groomers left when they banned together and demanded a significant increase in pay that would have required the business to raise service fees by $30-$50 per service. Given the fact the the three individuals in question were already earning in excess of six figures and the fact that I felt strongly that this was an entirely unfair burden to our valued clients, not to mention the likelihood that many clients would have chosen to find a more reasonably priced alternative if I agreed to their demand, I felt it best to wish the three gentlemen well and continue to offer exceptional services and outstanding care to our clients.
