We are so pleased with the boarding facility and care of our two dogs.at Bennett Creek Animal hospital. They can also give dogs a bath if desired and the dogs look well brushed when we pick them up even if they have not had a bath. It is clean and the dogs like it there. The system for charging is fair and not nit-picking. No worries for their owners. We have also used their veterinary services for two plus years and are very satisfied..

The appt was just to pick up i/d dog food, which was ready for us because I called ahead of time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I take my birds to Dr. Dean at BCAH. She is awesome and really knows birds and Exotics very well. She accurately diagnosed my African Grey, treated him, and he was good as new.
The front desk accidentally overcharged me, but within 15 mins of leaving they called me back and corrected the price, very apologeticly.
The front desk staff has always been very sweet, kind, and patient. I've called the front desk and asked 10 mins worth of questions before booking an appointment and I never felt as if I was keeping them or that they were annoyed. She answered my questions and was empathetic and realistic on the phone with me.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who has pets, especially Exotics.
