Pretty is a very scared and timid dog - she received excellent care and attention from Dr. Walcoff in her annual appointment, as always. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient as well.

This is the second time I have brought my dog Pumba in to see Dr. Deans. Our experience with Bennett Creek has been exceptional. The front desk staff were all very sympathetic and accommodating while making the appointment. Dr. Deans undoubtedly treated Pumba as if she were hers. Dr. Deans is very loving and makes a concerted effort to thoroughly understand the presenting situation and freely discusses treatment options and outcomes in an eloquent way.

Went in for an emergency with our French bull dog they saw us immediately and took great care of us and the dog,,!

My dog and I are always greeted warmly. The staff also makes a point to treat my dog with kindness and affection to reduce her apprehension about visiting the office and having her anal glands expressed

Dr Walcoff and Dr Deans have been wonderful with our dog and cat. These vets, the techs and admin staff are very caring and helpful. Maddie the dog seems happy to get treated here, wagging her tail and greeting everyone warmly. She has a chronic illness so we are frequently flyers to Bennett Creek AH and I would highly recommend this place to others seeking experienced and kind veternarians and support staff for their "fur kids."
