Nobody from the office made it in to work on time at least for the evening shift on Sunday. The office was not open for pickup at 5 pm. A worker arrived approx 5:20 late for her shift but she did not have keys to building. The boss was called and then the receptionist was called in. Office wasn't actually opened til after 6 pm. Two families waited over an hour to get their pets. The supervisor didn't charge us for one day of boarding. Luckily it was a schedule mixup and nothing serious. My pet was fine. My only issue would have been if no employees came. How would I have called the office? I would have had to wait til Monday to get my pet cause the emergency vet line had no way to contact the owners. I called the emergency number before the employee arrived late! All in all these things happen and I will not hesitate to continue vet, boarding and grooming services in the future.
