CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! I've been a long time customer (15+ yrs) who generally takes pride in highlighting the great customer service of BenzElite. Unfortunately, after years of service, the owner (Emile) has decided to put costs above customer service by charging almost twice as much for parts as the dealer for something as simple as brake pads, rotors, and sensors ($530 BenzElite/$320 Dealer). I strongly believe the costs were inflated in an attempt to make up for the cost of a tire ($200) BenzElite had to pay during another service call. As a result of BenzElite offering to purchase tires for me (for which they received a discount), the tire warranty period to the customer is reduced. After one of the tires failed, Emile and his team first indicated the treading wear exceeded the warranty (I checked, it did not). Then they tried to convince me the tire company indicated the warranty period had elapsed (It had not). The tire should have been covered for replacement, but not for BenzElite purchasing them directly. Not very customer service focused. Attempts to remedy the inflated costs of the brake parts went unanswered. INTEGRITY matters! Smh, time to move on.

Benz Elite Automotive values all of our customers but especially those that have been with us for a long time! The cost estimate provided for the job requested is the same price for you as it is for any customer that walks through our door. The cost does not reflect an attempt to make up any 'perceived' loss of revenue on a previous visit. We aim to be competitive where we can but sometimes as a small independent shop we do not benefit from the discounts and/or bulk buys that dealers and larger shops can get. Furthermore, when we can't be competitive in price, and as much as we would like the business, we always encourage our customers to do what is best for them. With regard to the previous visit regarding a tire replacement, we tried to get it covered for you under warranty but it was denied due to tread wear from usage. We did the measurement in front of you and we made the call to the warranty company on speakerphone so you could listen in real time to what they responded. They said the warranty does not cover the tire for regular wear and tear usage. So, in a good faith effort, we replaced the tire for you at our cost. We understand you are unhappy with the cost estimate for the brake parts and it is your choice to not have us do the work for you. It is our established rate for the service requested and multiple texts and calls to the shop and personal cell phones does not change the cost of the job. And certainly, raising doubts about our integrity does not either.

They are known to go out of their way to accommodate your needs and schedule. Most important to me is that Benz Elite is honest in their recommendations on what needs to be done on my two cars.
