The entire team at Bergman's is fantastic. They accommodated my schedule and were in constant communication with me regarding the status of my BMW. I have to say, this is the most ethical and trustworthy auto repair business I have ever used. I will never take my car to the dealership again. I had a good experience, and that can't easily be said about an auto repair experience. It was tough because they had to keep the car overnight, and I am new to the area and had to get a ride home and back in the morning. So, the only suggestion I would make is have more flexible ride/shuttle service, as it was only available early in the AM. The repair service and the staff were great!
