I was looking for an opportunity to give feedback on Berkley Lake Dental and was honored to have this opportunity to do so. I am SO pleased with Berkley Lake Dental I don't know where to begin singing their praises! First... the staff. SUPERB! CARING! FRIENDLY! PERSONABLE! I really felt that they were concerned about me. They always checked on me after each procedure and I felt like I was in the presence of friends who were truly concerned about how I was feeling. And Dr. Huynh... I KNOW he cares about his patients! I had a tooth that started hurting right before he went out of town and I couldn't get to him to take care of it. He made sure I had the proper medication to keep me comfortable until he returned... And this was on the weekend.. AFTER office hours! What more can you ask! He's also very patient with me being a big baby when I get my numbing shots, and takes the time to ensure that I am comfortable before the procedure begins. Now THAT is a good dentist! Love Love Love Dr. Huynh and his Staff and have already recommended several of my friends to his practice.

I generally HATE going to the Dentist (strong gag reflex, phobias about people putting sharp objects in my mouth, etc.) but this was the BEST dental experience in my life!! I completely endorse them 100%!

Spent 9 months trying to get my complete dental records transferred to my new dentist after I moved to another state. Not only did this purposeful act of negligence cause me a big headache and push back dental surgery I needed to be completed, this is a HIPAA violation. Just one of many unprofessional issues I had to deal with in regards to Dr. Huynh.

I was there on 9/17/14 to have a broken tooth pulled and bone graft done the experience was great as always, in my opinion he's the best dentist I've ever had! I have had implants, extractions done by him and never felt any pain. The staff are very sweet and personable never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be treated!

Even though I LOATHE going to the dentist I am thoroughly please with the treatment I receive from the Berkeley Lake Dental team! Dr. Huynh is soft-spoken, very unassuming and takes the time to explain what he is doing which puts me at ease. I was pretty apprehensive of receiving a new hygienist for my cleaning my last visit because I had the same one for the last two years but the new hygienist did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning my teeth and accommodating my teeth's sensitivity to the cold water spray and the "Dremel" rotary tool used for cleanings. She used a different technique for warming the water and used the scraper instead of the "Dremel" on certain teeth for comfort. As always the front desk young lady is a pleasure to deal with because she always explains how much my insurance will and will not cover and tries to plan my visits to utilize my benefits minimize my OOP expenses. I am extremely happy to have found BLD!!

Berkeley Lake Dental is a great dental practice! All of the staff members are exceptionally friendly and display courteous and professional attitudes. I know when I arrive for an appointment that all of my dental needs will be met with care and concern. The staff is so warm and caring and I receive far better treatment then at any other dentist I have used in the past.
